Since 1946, Mallott’s General Store has been a Native owned, family operated business serving Yakutat and surrounding communities. Started in the spare room of the Mallott family home, it has now grown into a 3,000+ square feet retail store front.
Right below the Mallott family home was Mallott’s General Store; a one stop shop for all necessary dry goods to survive the Alaskan bush, as well as medicine, toys, and other assorted goods.
